Studio Ten Design is the creation of artist/designer Jay Thomson. 

Now based in Norfolk, Virginia, Jay spent more than 20 years in Philadelphia, PA. He has designed surface patterns for the Spoonflower and Zazzle online marketplaces since 2011. His interest in surface design grew from a desire to learn how to make his own clothing, since nothing in the stores available at the time suited his style. For over twenty years, he's been making his own shirts and other apparel items.

Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or a refund if contacted within 30 days of product delivery with a clear photo showing the issue. 

Neither Studio Ten Design nor Printify will be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, or used an incorrect shipping address.

Please note that a free replacement is not offered in these cases:

• Lost orders with an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer

• Products that were received as requested; however, the customer wishes to have another size/color instead

• Garments with a minor size deviation from the size guide measurements (under 1 inch)

The Imagine Your Photos team uses high-quality, large format Epson printers, Epson dye-sublimation technology, as well as standard dye ink for superior quality print results.

All products are quality checked at each stage of production with a final check at the shipping station.

All products are shipped in secure and sturdy packaging that is designed to fit your specific product. To ensure your items reach you in pristine condition, the print provider uses envelopes enhanced with protective bubble wrap for higher impact protection.

Shipping to USA addresses costs $5.49 for the first item, and 99¢ for each additional item from this print provider. Other destinations higher.
